Thirdly, we will discuss what you are looking for in the session. Often, people want me to implant suggestions to help them overcome an issue. Others may have a sexual fantasy they want to experience in hypnosis. During this stage, I get as detailed as possible.
Finally, we will do some exercises and then an induction. I will put you into a deep trance and guild you through your erotic fantasy.
