- Plank. Basically I position myself like I’m going to do push-ups but then hold it for 30 seconds. I remember doing my first planks back on the high school volleyball team. I don’t miss the grueling 3 hour long pre-season/summer “conditioning” practices . . . but I do miss the free spandex!
